TJ O’Donnell is the Operations Manager at SWL Injury Lawyers.
Prior to his work at the firm, TJ graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish. He then attended the Central Missouri Police Academy in Warrensburg, Missouri, completing 850 hours of training and achieving his Missouri Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certificate. TJ graduated at the top of his class earning the Top Academic Award. While at the Central Missouri Police Academy, TJ was hired by Lee’s Summit Police Department as a Police Officer.
In his work as a Police Officer, TJ loved working with his community where he was raised, helping citizens in need and creating a positive impact in the community. While finding his niche and wanting to focus on law and his passion for justice, TJ turned his eyes to civil litigation. He enrolled in Johnson County Community College and earned his Paralegal Certificate.
TJ’s skills, training and investigative techniques transitioned perfectly into civil prosecution of injury and accident cases. He understands how to collect and preserve evidence in order to build the best case possible for our clients. Additionally, TJ’s Police training in accident response and reconstruction enhanced the firm’s ability to understand the mechanics of accidents.
