He was born and raised in San Cristobal, in the Andes region of Venezuela. He is the second of three siblings in a working-class family.
Freddy studied Law at the Catholic University of Tachira in 2008, graduating at the top of his class. After working in several prestigious positions and internships, Freddy obtained a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law and founded his law firm in 2013. His firm focused on civil litigation, where he served local and national clients.
In 2022, Freddy moved to the United States, where he started working in the restaurant business. However, he is very happy to return to his true passion, law.
Freddy is excited to deliver justice for our clients at SWL and help families in the greater Kansas City area who have been harmed by another person’s or corporation’s negligence.
Freddy lives in Overland Park, KS, with his lovely wife Maria and son Diego.
